研究了在稀H2SO4介质中,Zn2+催化H2O2氧化邻苯三酚红的褪色反应。借此建立了测定痕量锌的催化光度法。方法的线性范围为0~0.50μg/25mL,检测限为2.8×10-11g Zn2+/mL。该法的灵敏度高,重复性好,用于测定人发中痕量锌时,结果满意。

In the medium of dilute H2SO4, the fading reaction of pyrogallol red is oxdized by H2O2, which can be catalyzed by Zn2+ has been studied. A new method for the catalytic spectrophotometric determination of trace zinc has been developed. The linear range is 0-0.50μg Zn2+/25mL and the detection limit is 2.8×10-11g/mL. The proposed method has high sensitivity and good repeatability and has been used to determine trace zinc in human hair with satisfactory results.
