研究了三氮烯试剂-铜-OP乳化剂析相富集体系在 Na2B4O7-NaOH(pH10.2)介质中,于90±1℃加热胶束溶液,保 持45min,络合物即被OP乳化剂完全富集。富集液在520nm处测定吸光度, 铜含量在0~3.0μg/50mL范围内服从比尔定律,该法与一般光度法 相比,灵敏度高,选择性好。用于铝合金样中铜的测定,结果满意。
A study on the phase separation system of triazene-copper-OP emulsifying agent was carried out. In the medium of Na2B4O7-NaOH buffer at pH 10.2, the complex of triazene-copper could be enriched in the phase of OP emulsifying agent, when heating at 90±1℃ for 45min in a boilling water bath. The absorption was measured at 530nm and Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0~3.0μg Cu2+/50mL. The method was characteristic of high sensitivity and selectivity compared with that ordinary spectrophotometry. The method has been applied to determine trace copper in aluminium alloy with satisfactory results.
