用红外碳硫分析仪,研究了在陶瓷坩埚中事先加入助熔剂,用高 频加热打底造浴等一系列方法,使碳空白降至可忽略不计且稳定,以达到分析 钢铁中超低碳的目的。方法的测定范围为0.0005%~0.0030%, 结果令人满意。

A series of methods such as pre-adding flux in ceramic cruci ble, high frequency heating and bottoming have been studied by Infrared C-S Analyzer and the carbon blank is not only decreased to a negligible value but also very stable. The purpose of analyzing ultra-low carbon has been achieved. The determining range of the method is 0.0005% to 0.0030% for carbon. The results are satisfactory.
