Cr能氧化甲酚蓝褪色,本文借此进行新的光度法测定铬的研究 。实验表明,在2.88~3.96 mol/L H2SO4介质中,有色溶液 的最大吸收波长为590nm,铬浓度在0~30μg/25mL范围与吸光 度的减少值呈线性关系,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.82×104。方法用于测定土 壤中微量铬时,结果满意。
In this paper the fading reaction of cresol blue oxidized by Cr in H2SO4 medium is presented. The decreased absorbance caused by thi s fading reaction colour is directly proportional to the amounts of chromium. The maximum absorptivity wavelength is 590nm and the apparent molar absorptivity is 2 .82×104L*mol-1*cm-1.The Linear ra nge is 0-30μg/25mL for chromium.T he method has been applied to the determination of trace chromium in soil with satisfactory results.
