试样在高温下灼烧消除游离碳的影响,然后用熔融法制备样片,X射线荧光光谱法测定高炉除尘灰试样中TFe、SiO_2、CaO、MgO含量.使用铁矿石标准样品建立校准曲线,通过数学校正消除元素间的重叠和吸收-增强效应.本方法用于高炉除尘灰中4组分的测定,结果与湿法测试结果相符.对样品进行精密度试验,测得相对标准偏差在0.38%~5.0%间(n=7).

The sample was ignited at high temperature to remove the influence of free carbon. The content of TFe, SiO_2, CaO and MgO in blast furnace dust sample was determined by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry in combination with fusion method. The calibration curves were established with standard iron ore samples. The spectral overlapping and absorption-enhancing effect among elements were eliminated by mathematic correction. This method had been applied to the determination of four components in blast furnace dust samples, and the results were accordant with those obtained by chemical method. The precision was alsb tested with the relative standard deviations (RSD) of 0.38%-5.0 % (n=7).
