用Czochralski 法生长了高光学质量、大尺寸的NaY(WO4)2∶Sm3+单晶.测量了晶体在室温下的吸收谱,对跃迁的能级进行了指认.在946nm泵浦下测量了晶体的上转换荧光发射谱.研究了NYW晶体中Sm3+上转换发光的机制.
