采用提拉法生长β′-相掺钕钼酸钆晶体.在1000℃温度下烧结72h合成钼酸钆粉末样品.研究了生长工艺,拉速0.3~3mm/h,转速10~40r/min.沿[001]方向生长出35mm的掺钕钼酸钆单晶,晶体为紫色,透明.钕离子分凝系数略大于1.
