本文研究了快速生长的KDP晶体光学性质,结果表明快速生长的KDP晶体的光学性质低于传统降温法生长的晶体,原料中阴离子杂质的存在是造成这一结果的主要原因,确保快速生长晶体质量的首要条件是提高原料的纯度.
