分析了俄罗斯的Q开关LiNbO3晶体的成分,这种开关用在Nd∶YAG激光测距仪上,能够在温度-50~50℃范围内稳定工作.通过测量紫外吸收边的位置、红外振动光谱、晶格常数和居里温度的方法,测出晶体中的锂铌比([Li]/[Nb])为49.02/50.98.分析认为晶体中的锂铌比是影响LiNbO3晶体Q开关温度稳定性的主要因素.
