在水热条件下成功合成了氮化硼晶体,为了优化实验条件,本文对实验过程中的影响因素进行了研究,包括反应温度、反应原料的种类、配比以及反应时间.通过对XRD和TEM测试结果的分析可以知道,当反应原料摩尔配比N2H4·H2O:H3BO3:NaN3:NH4Cl为1:1:3:1时,在400℃下反应48h是水热法制备氮化硼晶体的最佳实验条件.
