Yb:KGW晶体在可调谐微片激光器中有重要的应用价值.本文研究了Yb:KGW多晶粉料的合成温度及烧结时间,确定在900℃经12h烧结合成Yb:KGW多晶粉料.通过对K2WO4和K2W2O7两种助溶剂性能及生长温度曲线的对比分析,选择K2W2O7作助溶剂,设计合理的工艺参数,采用熔盐法生长了新型的稀土激光晶体Yb:KGW.对晶体粉末进行XRD图谱测试,判定所生长的晶体为β-Yb:KGW,经TG-DTA分析,确定其熔点为1086℃,相变温度为1021℃.
