钛酸钡钙(BCT)晶体是一种新型的光折变材料,由于其优于钛酸钡的电光性能及无室温相变的优势,使其具有更大的应用前景.本文从大量的实验中总结出生长高质量BGT晶体的生长条件,用Czochralski法生长出φ18mm×15mm的BCT晶体.通过粉末X射线衍射测定其晶格常数,由红外、紫外-可见光透射谱确定其吸收边,并通过Raman光谱等一系列实验对晶体结构及其基本光学性能进行了研究.
