一维CdS半导体纳米材料(量子线)因其在磁学、电学及非线性光学等方面具有CdS体材料所不具备的特殊性质而倍受关注.在过去的几十年里,人们在CdS量子线的制备和应用方面进行了大量的研究.本文在总结硫化镉量子线及其阵列的制备方法基础上,对CdS量子线的发展趋势进行了讨论.
