本文综述了人们近年来对BiB3O6(BIBO)晶体生长、结构和性能等所取得的研究成果,通过多学科和多参数综合性质的研究,说明了BIBO晶体是一种新型高效非线性光学晶体.但作为一种新型高效非线性光学材料,有关BIBO的研究尚属于早期阶段,为了获得广泛的应用,应当进一步研究.
