本研究工作先用CdCl2和S粉在120℃碱性水溶液中合成了CdS粉末前驱体,再以NaOH为矿化剂,不同的水热条件下分别生长了六方柱和六角片状的CdS晶体.用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及晶体显微照片对产物进行了表征,并分别探讨了水热条件与晶体形貌、六角片状晶体的大小与生长条件之间的关系.
