采用水溶液法生长了多块厘米级金属有机配合物ZTS晶体,其中最大尺寸者达1.5cn×3.2cm×3.0cm.所得晶体无色透明,外形较完整,由10个单形、共22个晶面组成,在大气中能够长期稳定存在.该晶体在水中溶解度和溶解度温度系数都较小,在水溶液中生长其晶体以降温和蒸发相结合的方法为宜.采用X射线单晶衍射法验证了所生长的晶体.测定了该晶体的红外光谱,发现该晶体在红外光区400~4000 cm-1范围内有较多强吸收带.
