简要介绍了用X射线小角散射分析技术测定多孔固体材料中孔界面分形维数的理论,同时报道了应用这一理论对多种炭素材料和水泥石材料中孔界面分形维数的测定结果。结果表明,所有试样中孔界面均具有分形结构特征。

This paper introduces the theory of analysing the surface fractal dimension of the pore-solid interface ofporous materials by small angle X-ray scattering. The results of the theory applied to some carbons and cementpastes are also reported. The experiment shows that the pore surface in porous materials is rough and fractal
