本文综合报道NdFeB永磁体在加工制作过程中至关重要的织构与微结构参数的X射线衍射分析方法.主要内容有:磁取向与晶体学织构关系(包括取向度的研究);合金中物相含量的Rietveld分析;晶粒大小的测定.这些分析方法对于NdFeB永磁体的研制与开发具有重要的实用价值.
