近年来,由于纳米金具有容易制备以及良好的生物相容性和相对较大的比表面积等特点,在生物传感领域的应用研究得到了飞速的发展.文中综述了纳米金在构建DNA、免疫、酶、糖等各类生物传感器方面的应用研究进展.
