利用金(Ⅰ)配合物催化吲哚与丙炔酸乙酯的Friedel-Crafts反应,探讨了最优化的实验条件,并合成了不同结构的β-取代双吲哚丙炔酸乙酯衍生物.通过氢谱、碳谱,对产物进行了表征.确定了新型反应--吲哚与丙炔酸乙酯在金催化下的亲电加成反应,并对反应机理进行了推测.
