介绍了国内黄金矿山空场采矿法回采残留矿柱及采场顶板管理状况,分析了混凝土人工矿柱置换矿石矿柱的可行性.针对金凤公司采场残留矿柱及回采条件,进行了混凝土人工矿柱技术参数的设计和施工.应用实践表明,采用混凝土人工矿柱置换矿石矿柱,不仅可充分回收有限资源,同时可保证采空区的稳定,达到增加企业经济效益,延长企业服务年限的目的.

The paper introduces the remnant ore pillar stoping practice with the open stope method and manage-ment status of stope roof in gold mines of China. The feasibility to replace ore pillar with concrete artificial pillar is an-alyzed. Combining with the remnant ore pillar stoping conditions in Jinfeng gold mine, the concrete artificial pillars are designed and constructed. The replacement practice reveals that not only the limited resources can be made full use of, but also the stability of goal can be ensured. Accordingly, the economic benefits are enhanced and'the service life of the mine is extended.
