In the process of dry type back-filling mining method, a layer of isolation material should be prepared before stoping in order to prevent the ore to mix in filling materials. The paper introduces the types of stope matting materials for dry type back-filling method, whose characteristics and technical economy indices are analyzed and eval-uated. The matting materials lay the foundation for mining method tests and application.
