针对传统75Au25Cu玫瑰金经常出现的冷加工性能和铸造性能差等问题,设计配制了多元合金化饰用18K玫瑰金,并对该合金的工艺性能进行了研究.研究结果表明,试验合金的熔化温度范围窄,充填性能好,有助于获得致密度较高、表面质量好的铸件;冷加工硬化水平较低,硬化速率平缓,有利于进行冷变形加工、镶嵌宝石等操作.合金在377.4~ 406.2℃会发生有序化转变,在铸造、热处理等冷却过程中,要以较快的速度通过此温度区间,避免发生有序化转变;合金适合的中间退火制度为700~ 750℃保温后炉冷到450℃淬水;对于小型饰品,为便于生产,可以采用火焰加热到650 ~ 700℃保温后空冷.
