采用ODF方法,对3种在不同热轧终轧温度下得到的Ti+Nb处理的高强IF钢板退火织构进行了研究。结果表明:奥氏体区终轧时,随着终轧温度降低,γ纤维织构及其{111}〈112〉组分有所增强,热轧卷取组织的晶粒细化和二相粒子的弥散析出是织构变化的原因。

The annealing textures of interstitial free and high strengthsteel sheets treated by Ti & Nb at three finishing temperatures have been examined by means of ODF respectively. Results show that when the steel is hot rolled at austenite region the intensities of γ-fibre axis texture and its {111}〈112〉 constituents increase with the drop of finishing temperatures because the grains of the hot rolling and coiling microstructure are refined and the second phase particles precipitated.
