以硅锰弹簧钢为例,研究了几种保护材料对其在加热时脱碳的保护作用,结果表明:当采用耐火泥与碳粉(比例为10∶6)制成的浊液,涂于钢表面可较明显地减少加热时产生的脱碳,易于轧制后的去除,提高了高硅钢的使用性能。

The protective effect of several kinds of protective material ondecarburization of the high silicon steel in reheating has been studied using Si-Mn spring steel as example. Results show that coating the pasty mixture of refractory mud and carbon powder on the surface of the steel can drastically lessen the decarburization behavior during reheating period. The paint on the surface of steel can be easily removed immediately after rolling and thus improving the usability of the high silicon steel.
