LFV精炼轴承钢功能包括加热、脱气、搅拌；轴承钢标准的不断提高、钢液的初炼工艺和精炼工艺的不断进步，使高碳铬轴承钢钢中w(O)从25×10-6下降到8.97×10-6，在国内处于领先水平。
The function of ladle furnace (vacuum) at shanghai No.5 Steel Co.Ltd involve heating, vacuum degassing and argon bubbling. Adoption of more updated standards and advance of the primary and secondovry steelmaking processes have greatly lowered the oxygen content in the high carbon-chrome bearing steel from 25×10-6 to 8.97×10-6, which is in the advanced level in China.
