普碳钢Q235在高温铁素体区变形,变形抗力比高温奥氏体区的变形抗力高,其温度越低,变形抗力越高,同时,产生铁素体、珠光体的纤维搭接结构,符合螺纹钢筋的一维受力特征,由于高温铁素体的回复和再结晶特性,其具有较好的力学性能,强度指标可以达到新三级钢筋和英标钢筋的要求。

The deformation resistance of plain carbon steel grade Q235 is larger in the high temperature ferritic area than in the high temperature austenitic area.The deformation resistance increases with temperature decrease. At the same time the fiber structure which is advantageous to the reinforced bar will appear. The plain canbon steel with this structure shows better mechanical properties due to the restoration and recrystallization feature of the high temperature ferrite in the steel, and thus its strength comforms to grade Ⅲ of new rib steel standard as well as the British standards
