通过理论分析与实验研究提出了利用初轧机将连铸板坯切分轧制小断面方坯的工艺,开发出一套既能使用钢锭生产重轨坯,又能利用连铸板坯切分轧制小方坯的多用途孔型系统,并探讨了金属在各个孔型内的变形规律。生产实践证明了该生产工艺的可行性与合理性。

A new technology by which the continuous casting slab can be split into small section billets in a blooming mill is put forward and a multi-purpose pass system that can not only produce heavy rails with ingot but also small section billet with continuous casting slab is accordingly developed by way of theoretical analysis and laboratory research. Law of metal deformation in passes is discussed. Results of the practical operation show the reliability and rationality of the technology.
