对大规格的1098mm车轮进行了热处理试验,目的是提高车轮横断面硬度值。试验结果表明,采用250s喷水淬火工艺可使轮辋内部组织转变完成,增加喷水时间、二次喷水均不能提高硬度。在800℃左右较低温度喷水淬火加强冷却过程提高硬度,且为降低回火温度创造了条件,进一步提高硬度值。

In order to raise the hardness value of wheels experiments of heat treatment have been carried out on large sized φ1098 wheels. Results indicate that by water spray quenching for 250 s can the transformation of the internal structure of the wheel rim be accomplished, and neither increase of spray time nor application of secondary water spray can improve hardness, yet water spray quenching at relatively lower temperature of about 800℃ can accelerate the cooling process and improve hardness, thus creating necessary conditions for lowering the tempering temperature and further raising the hardness value.
