在Gleeble1500热模拟试验机上进行了单道次压缩试验.通过改变变形速率和变形量以及变形后立即淬火的方法,研究了含铌微合金钢形变诱导相变上限温度Ad3的影响因素.研究表明,Ad3随变形量增大而升高,且变形量较大时趋于不变;Ad3随变形速率降低而升高,但变形速率很低时反而下降.
