在热模拟试验机上模拟了形变热处理工艺,并对淬火后获得的马氏体和贝氏体组织进行了观察分析.结果表明:奥氏体未结晶区变形并淬火后,马氏体包的尺寸增大,而马氏体束的尺寸明显减小并发生弯曲.在贝氏体相变中,变形促进了铁素体的析出,且贝氏体晶粒细化的效果非常明显.
