20世纪80年代以来开发了大量的造粒粒度预测模型,其中最普遍的是质量集合平衡模型和数群集合平衡模型.数群集合平衡模型的研究比较完善,现已应用于工业.数群集合平衡模型建立在二元聚合机理基础上,是根据造粒过程中造粒总数量相等的原理建立模型.该模型可为研究连续操作的圆筒造球机的工作特性提供参考依据.介绍数群集合平衡模型的公式推导及该模型的意义.
