分析了SWRH82B小方坯内部和表面质量,中心碳偏析、中心缩孔和连铸坯表面卷渣对盘条的拉拔性能有重要影响,提出了小方坯质量的改进措施.在目前的工艺装备下,合理的二冷制度是获得高质量连铸坯最有效的措施之一,比水量为0.7 L/kg对于改善中心偏析和缩孔是最佳的.
