开展了微束等离子弧对1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢的表面改性研究,采用3 A、5 A微束等离子弧对其表层进行扫描重熔,并观察、分析了试样的显微组织,测定了扫描重熔前后试样在0.5 mol/L H2SO4溶液中的阳极极化曲线.试验结果表明,由于快速凝固作用,微束等离子弧重熔细化了试样表层组织,减小了显微偏析,抑制了碳铬化合物在晶界的沉淀析出,进一步提高了1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢的表面抗腐蚀能力.
