根据某油田气井含H2S、CO2气体的腐蚀环境,对5种套管进行了耐蚀性模拟评价,失重法评价发现其平均腐蚀速率相当,为均匀腐蚀,试样表面有少量浅腐蚀坑,腐蚀产物中有FeS等,抗硫套管NT95SS腐蚀速率略低;模拟腐蚀试验前后力学性能几乎无变化,说明短时间内套管在含H2S、CO2模拟腐蚀环境中只发生了表面的均匀腐蚀,尚未引起强度变化.
