选择 W6Mo5Cr4V2、3Cr2W8V和GCr15等材料研究了多弧离子镀TiN涂层与基体的结合力。结果表明,基体表面粗糙度越小、硬度越高,涂层与基体的结合力越好,涂层厚度以2.5~3.5μm为最佳,含V量高的基体和具有强烈TiN(111)择优取向的涂层结合力好。

The adhesive strengths of the multi-arc ion plated TiN coatings with substrates W6Mo5Cr4V2,3Cr2W8V and GCr15 were studied. The results showed that the lower the roughness of the substrate surface, the higher the adhesive strength was. And with the increase of vanadium content and the hardness of the substrate, the adhesion was getting improved. The strong TiN (111)preferred orientation had favourable effect on adhesion.
