研制了一种锌系室温磷化液,考察了复合促进剂、表面活性剂和阳离子聚合物等对磷化液磷化效果的影响。加入适当量的上述添加剂后,磷化液的磷化性能优良。

A newly developed room temperature phosphating solution containing zinc ion was introduced. The effect of composite accelerating agent, surfactant and cationic polymer on phosphating was studied. The bath solution containing Zn(H2PO4)2 30 g/L, 85% H3PO4 10 g/L, Na3P04 5 g/L, citric acid5 g/L, NaNO3 3 ~5 g/L, Ni(NO3)2 1 g/L, composite accelerating agent 2 ~5 g/L, surfactant0. 3 ~ 0. 5 g/L and cationic polymer 0. 01 ~ 0. 05 g/L was recommended.
