综合介绍了国外关于原油炼制过程中控制环烷酸腐蚀的研究现状及最新近展,着重介绍了加 注缓蚀剂方法及相关缓蚀剂种类的缓蚀效果的室内和现场评价方法,指出在200~400 ℃环 境下抑制环烷酸的腐蚀效果,磷系缓蚀剂比非磷系缓蚀剂更好,但应注意它对后续深加工过 程中所用催化剂的损害。

Cailiao baohu 2001,34(2),05∽ 07(Ch).The state of art of inhibitors for controlling and preventing naphthenic acid corrosion in oil-refining plant was introduced. Several kinds of inhibitors and the in-door and in-situ evaluation methods were discussed. lt was pointed out that the corrosion inhibition of phosphoretted compounds was more effective than that of the non-phosphoretted compounds,but the care should be taken on its harmful effects on the catalyst used in the process of lower reach.
