采用分光光度计和比色管,研究了以XO为显色剂并用双波长分光光度法测定电镀Zn-Ni合金 溶液中的Zn2+与Ni2+含量的方法,分析了测量波长与参比波长的选择、溶液酸 度与显色条件、测量的线性范围以及有机络合剂和Fe3+等干扰因素的排除对测量结果 的影响。实验结果证明,该方法是可行的,能连续测定镀液中的Zn2+与Ni2+含 量。
Gailiao baohu 2001,34(2),41∽ 42(Ch). Using XO agent as colorant,the continuous quantitative determination of Zn2+ and Ni2+ in Zn-Ni plating bath solution was studied by spectrophotometric means. The effects of reference wave length, color developing conditions, linear range of measurement, solution acidity and the removal of interferential factors such as Fe3+ and organic complexing agent were discussed.
