根据耐候钢和碳钢大气暴晒的试验结果,讨论了其腐蚀行为和特征,并通过XRD和EPM A分析了合金元素的作用。结果表明,耐候钢相对于碳钢有较好的抗大气腐蚀能力,其中Fe 中固溶的合金元素的重新分配促进耐候钢表面保护性锈层的形成。
Based on the experimental results of na-ture exposure tests the characteristics and corrosion behaviors of both weathering steel and carbon steel were discussed. The morphology constituents and distribution of alloying elements were studied by XRD SEM and EPMA. The results showed that the redistribution of alloying elements originally in the substrate played an important role in the for-mation of compact rust layer on the weathering steel.
