根据耐候钢和碳钢大气暴晒的试验结果,讨论了其腐蚀行为和特征,并通过XRD和EPM A分析了合金元素的作用。结果表明,耐候钢相对于碳钢有较好的抗大气腐蚀能力,其中Fe 中固溶的合金元素的重新分配促进耐候钢表面保护性锈层的形成。

Based on the experimental results of na-ture exposure tests the characteristics and corrosion behaviors of both weathering steel and carbon steel were discussed. The morphology constituents and distribution of alloying elements were studied by XRD SEM and EPMA. The results showed that the redistribution of alloying elements originally in the substrate played an important role in the for-mation of compact rust layer on the weathering steel.
