运用SEM、AES和XPS分析了Ni-P-SiC复合镀层的表面形貌及组成。研究显示:Ni-P-SiC 镀层的组成为(%)Ni 51.01、P 29.38、Si 3.64、C 3.88、O 0.75 和Fe 10.08时,镀层耐腐蚀能力较强。
The constituents and morphology of NiPSiC composite coating on steel were investigated by SEM AES and XPS. It was shown that the coating had good corrosion resistance while the compositions of the coating were51.01% Ni 29.38% P 3.88% C 3.64% Si 0.75% O and 10.08% Fe in relative atomic percentages.
