采用扫描电镜和X-射线衍射方法,研究了纯Zn和Zn-Fe合金[含Fe 0.2%~0.8%(wt)]镀层的结构和表面形貌;利用电化学综合测试仪研究了纯Zn和Zn-Fe合金镀层的极化电阻和腐蚀电流。结果表明:Zn-Fe合金镀层表面较纯Zn镀层表面光亮,晶粒更为细小;Zn-Fe合金镀层的极化电阻更高而腐蚀电流较纯Zn镀层显著减小;Zn-Fe合金择优取向生长面为(002),纯Zn的择优取向生长面为(100)。

The corrosion current and polarization resistance and also surface morphology and structure have been investigated by XRD SEM and electrochemical means. The experimental results showed that the preferential growth crystal planes of Zn and ZnFe alloy deposits were 100 and 002 respectively and the crystal grains of ZnFe alloy deposit were finer than that of the Zn deposit. The results also revealed that the polasization resistance of ZnFe alloy deposit was higher than that of the Zn coating and the corrosion current of the former was much smaller.
