用电化学法研究了硫酸盐-柠檬酸体系锌锰合金电沉积的工艺条件,各因素对镀层中锰含量及电流效率的影响及提高电流效率的途径。在最佳工艺条件下镀液稳定、镀层抗蚀性好,施镀电流效率较国外文献报道值提高50%。

The Zn-Mn electrodeposition in sulphatecitric aicd bath solution was studied by electrochemical method. The factors affecting the manganese content in the coating and current efficiency were discussed. Under optimum conditions the current efficiency could increase by a factor of 50%.
