采用化学氧化和阳极氧化方法制备了市售LY12型铝合金试样,并在青岛、武汉、海南岛万宁和江津大气环境试验站进行了8年的大气暴露试验,对腐蚀失重进行了数据处理。结果表明,青岛或海南岛海洋大气环境下包铝材料阳极氧化试样的抗腐蚀性能高于化学氧化试样,在武汉城市大气环境下包铝材料化学氧化试样的抗腐蚀性能高于阳极氧化试样。未包铝合金(LY12型)的腐蚀性能低于包铝材料。

The corrosion data of 8- year atmospheric exposure of anodized and chemically oxidized aluminum alloy LY12 with or without pure aluminum coating under urban and marine atmospheric environments were analyzed and summarized.It showed that the corrosion resistance of anodized samples with aluminum coating was better than that of chemically oxidized samples with aluminum coating under marine atmospheric environment;but under urban atmospheric environment,the corrosion resistance of chemically oxidized sample with aluminum coating was better than that of anodized samples with aluminum coating.The corrosion data were in accordance with the power function model.
