为了减少钛合金在热处理过程中高温氧化所造成的损失,采用耐高温玻璃-陶瓷涂层进行保护,并对涂层的制备进行了介绍.涂层的保护性能与其在高温下对钛合金表面的润湿性能有密切关系,当涂层加入一些特定氧化物(B2O3、TiO2)时,涂层在热处理过程中对钛合金有很好的润湿作用,能保护其不被氧化.
