对Cr2O3、Al2O3以及ZrO2 三种陶瓷涂层材料的等离子体喷涂层及二种封孔剂进行了高温磷酸环境下的腐蚀对比试验研究.在热法磷酸燃烧塔余热回收装置中,建立了等离子体高温防腐蚀涂层.该涂层有效地解决了高温磷酸防腐蚀问题.
