低压等离子喷涂(LPPS)NiCrAlY涂层在1 100 ℃恒温氧化100 h,氧化动力学曲线为抛物线状,氧化速率常数kp=0.52×10-6 mg-2*cm-4*s-1,涂层表面生成α-Al2O3保护膜,并有Y富集其中.氧化初期,氧化膜中夹杂少量θ-Al2O3,很快转变成α-Al2O3.氧化膜随氧化时间的延长而增厚,并局部与基体开裂、剥落,剥落后的涂层表面有孔洞和粘结脊的印记.
