用超声波乳化分散,在微乳液中反应制备了球状无定型纳微米硼酸盐添加剂,粒径为50~250 nm.用四球摩擦试验机研究其摩擦学性能,当WB=0.5%时,磨斑直径最小,减摩性能最优.用XPS分析了纳微米硼酸盐添加剂在摩擦表面,摩擦化学反应产物硼氧化物、O-B-N类化合物、酸性化合物以及吸附的有机化合物组成.并探讨了其抗磨减摩机理.
