为了探讨磷化体系中不同组分的作用,我们应用新型的复合添加剂,制得了可获得高耐蚀性磷化膜的Zn-Mn-Ca-Ni四元体系的磷化液,磷化膜为具有较高密集度的圆柱型晶体,并对磷化膜的微观结构与四组分的比例关系进行初步的探讨,从中得到各组分最优配比关系.
