在室温下,以Al基复合材料为销试样、以铬青铜QCr0.5为盘试样进行了载流状态下的干滑动摩擦磨损试验.通过对摩擦接触状态试验参数电流、速度、载荷对销试样磨损量影响规律进行的正交试验结果及分析表明,电流对磨损量的影响效果最为显著.通过对电流对材料磨损量影响的单因素试验结果表明,随着接触速度的增加,电流对磨损率的影响也增大.表明在高速列车运行状态下,电流是影响滑板/导线配副材料摩擦过程的重要因素.
